The production line of tissue protein and brushed protein is a "plant meat" produced by a twin screw extruder, using 70% protein content soybeans to produce various types of meat according to the formula. There are pork type (product texture is the same as pork, and the taste in the mouth is also the same), beef type (product texture is the same as beef, and the taste in the mouth is also the same), chicken type, fish type, and shrimp type! The products produced by this production line have strong meat texture, good fiber state, and high toughness, which are highly favored by many manufacturers. Products can be added to ham, sausages, canned foods, and various ready to eat products to enhance the chewiness of the food.


Production Line Composition

Powder Mixer → Vacuum Suction Machine → Double Screw Extruder → Air Conveyor → Five Layer Electric Oven → Cooling Conveyor
