1. Product introduction:

This production line changes the production process and can produce sandwich rice crackers, rice cakes, sesame sticks, wheat roast, soy sauce cakes and other products. It can also be used to produce directly puffed snacks, cheese balls, corn cobs, wheat-flavored chicken nuggets and other products; this production dryer has electric and gas types to choose from, and the dryer is reasonably designed according to the production capacity; the seasoning equipment is Single drum seasoning machine, double drum seasoning machine, weighing double head anise seasoning machine

Mixing of raw materials-puffing-sandwich-shaping and cutting-drying-spraying with oil and seasoning-cooling-packaging
3. Equipment configuration:
Mixing machine→Screw feeder→Twin-screw extruder→Sandwich machine-shaping and cutting machine→Elevator→Six-meter five-layer dryer-double-cylinder seasoning machine

Process composition:

1. Powder mixing machine: Different models of powder mixing machines are selected according to the output of the production line. There are three main models for you.

2. Loading machine: The motor is used to power the spiral conveyor to ensure convenient and fast loading.

3. Extruder: Different types of extruders are selected according to the output of the production line. The output can range from 200kg/h to 260kg/h. Corn flour, rice flour, starch, etc. can be used as raw materials. The mold can be replaced for specific product shapes. It can produce different puffed foods such as wheat roast, wheat-flavored chicken nuggets, and breakfast cereals.

4. Elevator: Transport the feed to the oven. The height of the elevator is determined according to the oven. An air blower can also be used.

5. Multi-layer oven: Most of the ovens are electric ovens. The temperature can be adjusted by the control cabinet between 0-200 degrees. The interior is a stainless steel double-layer mesh bag. The baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. Five-layer and seven-layer stainless steel ovens;

6. Vibrating screen: Screen out excess debris.

7. Seasoning line: There are octagonal drum, cylinder, lifting single drum, and double drum seasoning lines, which are configured according to the output and product properties.

4. Additionally, we offer configuration options for raw material conditioning systems to ensure superior product quality.
